Due to our non-refundable policy, cancellations are to be rebooked within 4 weeks of your initial booking date. Client satisfaction is our top priority, so we give you this grace period to rebook your session with us.

Due to limited spaces for our sound bath sessions, we are intentional about ensuring that our staff, sound practitioner and hotel partners are compensated for their time and preparation. We require that clients secure their booking by providing a non-refundable full payment for their session. You are required to rebook within 4 weeks, if you cancel your session.
